Hi, I’m Gianfranco
I have over 25 years' experience in CRM, Loyalty & Personalisation across both agency and brand side. You could say I’ve talked the talk and walked the walk.
Brand side I led CRM & Personalisation for Natura & Co including the 4 iconic brands: Aesop, Avon, Natura & The Body Shop. Prior to the Group role I was responsible for Global CRM at Aesop where I transformed the brand’s capabilities in how they directly engage with customers across their markets and regions, building out the business case for new tech and organization.
Agency, tech and brand experience include work with brands as diverse as BMW, adidas, BT, Disney, Dr Martens & easyJet to name a few. This has included CRM, Loyalty and Data Strategy, Organizational setup, Business Case development
A published author, international speaker & Astrophysicist, I enjoy explaining that engaging with customers need not be rocket science.
