Most recently, I’ve led CRM and Marketing Automation strategy across global organizations, driving scalable personalization and lifecycle transformation through best-in-class platforms. I’ve built data-driven lifecycle programs and customer-centric journeys that deliver measurable business impact. My platform expertise spans Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, Braze, Oracle Responsys, SAS (Base & Customer Intelligence), HubSpot, and more—combined with hands-on proficiency in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
