Hey, I’m Razia.

I have a great deal of experience in CRM, Digital and Social Media Marketing and now find myself in a role in Higher Education, having previously worked across sectors and industries, giving me a broad understanding of CRM operations and digital infrastructure in those areas.

I have a good knowledge of various CRM platforms and data management tools, as well as creating relatable customer journeys and creating campaigns from inception to implementation using insight and customer driven data.
